1. Who we are

These Terms govern the use of goyafinance.com, the free MIDAS trading bot, the free MIDAS community and our paid coaching services. Goya Finance and MIDAS are operated by 2 STYLE Michał Piotrowski, Świętokrzyska 60, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland, NIP 5851359488, REGON 220765873 ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@goyafinance.com.

2. What MIDAS is

MIDAS is automated trading software for gold (XAU). It places trades on a trading account that you open and hold in your own name with a third-party broker of your choice, with a stop loss on every trade.

We do not hold, receive or manage your funds. We are not a broker, an investment firm or a financial adviser, and we do not provide personalised investment advice. You remain solely responsible for your trading account, your deposits and your decision to use the software.

3. What is free and what is paid

Free for life: the MIDAS trading bot and access to the MIDAS community on Telegram are free of charge, with no time limit. We do not charge any subscription, licence fee or commission on your trades or profits for them.

Paid (optional): individual coaching and support sessions, described in section 4. You never need to buy coaching to use MIDAS or to stay in the community.

Your broker may charge its own fees (spreads, commissions, swaps), which are set by the broker and not by us.

4. Coaching services

Our coaching is purely educational. It focuses mainly on fundamental analysis of the gold market, and also covers how automated trading works, how to set up and monitor MIDAS, and risk management. Coaches do not give personalised investment recommendations, do not tell you what to buy or sell, and never trade on your behalf or access your funds.

Prices and formats are shown before purchase: individual coaching programme: EUR 997, Polish VAT included. The content and duration of the programme are described on the offer page before purchase. Payment is made in advance through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.). Sessions are booked by email or Telegram and take place online.

5. Right of withdrawal and cancellation (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a coaching purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, by emailing contact@goyafinance.com. If you ask us to start a session within those 14 days, you pay for the part already delivered; once the coaching is fully delivered at your express request, the right of withdrawal ends. Refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method. A booked session can be rescheduled free of charge to a new date within 60 days.

6. Performance information

Any track record we show, including on Myfxbook, reflects past trading on specific accounts. Results depend on the broker, account size, leverage, market conditions and settings. Your results may differ and you may lose money, including your whole deposit.

7. Your obligations

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade leveraged products in your country. You agree to use MIDAS only on accounts you own, and not to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software. Coaching content is for your personal use only.

8. Liability

We provide the software with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, as it depends on the broker, the trading platform and internet connections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit or indirect losses. As MIDAS is provided free of charge, it is provided "as is". For coaching, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the coaching concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Complaints

Send any complaint to contact@goyafinance.com. We reply within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force on the date of a coaching purchase applies to that purchase.
